What is the average turn-around time for my order?
Usually 48-72 hours after the final proof has been approved.

Do you offer Same Day / Next Day service?
We do. However, same day service is limited to product availability, or if you brought in an item, service time is limited to our workload for that day. It would be best to place the order or bring in your item before 1PM for same day service.

How do I place an order through your website?
We have an Online Order Form you can download and fill out. At the moment, you can fax the completed form to us at (928) 782-9066 or E-Mail us at 24KaratAwards@gmail.com. We will then get back to you usually within 24 hours.

What is the best file format for a logo?
A vector-based format such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or similar (.eps) (.wmf) would be ideal. If a vecor graphic is not available, then a JPEG/TIF/PNG at the highest quality available (300 dpi+) in black and white.

How much is each additional character over the included amount?

How much engraving can I fit on a trophy or medal?
Typically 2-4 lines.

Can you engrave items not purchased from your store?
Yes! We would need to see the item to determine if it is engraveable.
